Welcome back to an exciting show. It’s Supper Time presented by Calling A Chef. Thank you for coming back. We are here to do a dish today.
I am going to start out by doing a dough today. What you need is pre-made or pizza dough. I am glad that already pre-made our dough already. We got flour here if you want to flour your board or whatever you are working on. We will the flat it over. And we got a pizza sauce. It is vegetarian today so I am going to do a vegetarian calzone, green peppers and onions and of course some mushroom and lots and lots of cheese. Grab a spoon in here. Spoon out your pizza sauce on one side so that it would not spill. It is very simple. You do not want to put to much of the pizza sauce. You just want to cover it gingerly. And also, a lot of these on the sides.
In the meanwhile, you want to have your omelet. Preheat it. So, what you want to do is, put your ingredients, you can put a sausage, black olives or whatever you feel good for it. Like I said, I am going to do a vegetarian style calzone. So, kind of roll a little like that. You got your green peppers as well. Cover that as well. Grab the cheese. Cover very, very, very light. I love cheese. We are going to spread that over. Now, you want to put and fill in the sides just like that.
Now, what I am going to do, we need to do an egg wash or a butter to spread all over the place. I will use a garlic mist to make it as vegely. I want to press the can now. The can now is going to partly dry them. It is being taken care of us at It’s Supper Time. Spray it there very nice. Grab a sheet. Now, over there as well. I already made one this time. Like I said, we are going to preheat it around at 375. Get that out. So transfer it over just like this, slide it in there. Preheat it by about 12 to 14 minutes.
Now, if we come back, I am going to show you how it is made into a nice chocolate moose pie with the—probably an ice cream. Now, what we want to do is just get a pizza cutter and just cut it like this. Voila! Take it over to the plate right there. There you go, that is what it looks like.
