Goose: All right you know I don’t know when you brew wind here today if you notice the big break buildings set up here from the hills in the mid year that’s a barrel of house and that’s where we store the whisky yet in the barrels and then we have got 75 of these buildings here.
Julie: Holy cow, all in this area?
Goose: You speak it up at 1,500 per acres here so it’s pretty that’s spring out and each one of this buildings host the million gallons of whisky per building.
Julie: So you have 75 of them.
Goose: So inventory rather than 75 million gallons of whisky all with storage here at all times but, you know it has to be pretty the size and with all two surprise the world because right here is the only price that it is by that and it is a burrow light market over there.
And here are the minutes I will take you and a lot of big deals and it smells good in that. So what we going to do is go around here and we’ll show you where we get the good water here.
Julie: Oh yes.
Goose: All right, right here now is your water and all of this whisky I’ll object Daniels is made for this water around you.
Julie: Maybe all it’s probably over there, that’s the intake for the water that’s where we charge the water in, we’re jerking it right here and you know we got a pipe here to takes about gravity fence into the pan here so it all turned out right here in front of us here now. There has win up been to the cave here up until a mouse into it then already they don’t know where the source of it intact, they have as far as they could go and they just have a turn around here and come back out for that.
Now, we’ve just got two small bottom line and this water is stage right around 56 degrees a year around and will protect every year now. Right up here is what we get a bunch of with tour in the summer time. Now when it’s about a hundred degrees I have to shake this is real, it’s good to be in the summer time and I mean this is kind of people to come over here to eat their lunch to cool off a little.
Goose: We have a bunch of water in it for. So you just chill on them yes. This is the main thing that might be almost correct here.
Julie: And I see it’s a lime stone.
Goose: It’s a all a lime stone here. What we are able to be going to is Goose: down here we’re going to do in the inside of Jacks old office.
Julie: Okay.
Goose: And that we’re try a kind of thing in the history a bit here okay.
Julie: Okay.
Goose: Okay so let’s just go around all the time if you will. In here is a Jacks old office and they’ve done their business out of this old building here up until 1922 by now.
Julie: Oh!
Goose: That’s amazing on that now. This wall should talk so that tells a pretty good stories on that now. Now, the big picture here you see behind here, now I’d use the picture of Jack and you know he was never married and they were head in the key so when he passed away he left all of this here to his nephew and that’s the picture of the nephew.
Right here Mr.Matt low and the nephew run the operation of the TO19 and 47 and that’s when he passed away and who took over the operation you know after his death was his four sons and I’ll show you a picture right here on this –
Julie: Right here in the office.
Goose: Right in this old office, I tell head right here around this old stone for now and all four are big boys and they still exists the loves the last one about 15, 16 years ago and this old safe now. You might all look at them and a cue Jack.
Julie: The safe.
Goose: The safe in here so the nephew would always come in to work early in the morning and have the safe open for Jack and for some reason the nephew did not come in one day so Jack came to work and the safe was not okay. So he attempt to open it and he could get it opened. So he got mad so he just hold it and kick it and when he kicked it he broke his big toe and they finally had to take his leg off and soon after that he did die of infection.
Julie: Oh my.
Goose: You know it was better soon to find out. Temper, temper, temper.
Julie: Oh my God it goes on this but that was killed the gentlemen and taken it safe an hour.
Goose: Now, right here is a picture of Jack’s work force right here and we kind of figured in this posthumous I’ve got 1890, 1895 and here’s Mr. Jack .and as the nephew that I’m here now. Now the nephew has not got the smile yet because Jack here is to safe yet and we could go down here and show you what we might have Jack have here.
