What can we do as parents to encourage healthy family eating? Jamie Oliver: You know make food fun. You should cook a bit even if you cook once, twice, three times a week. You’d be shocked to the amount of homes in England and America that don’t have a dinner table. Use it even once a week and you know when you go shopping, you know, it actually set the kids if they young so tell us and get them involved and let them touch things, feel things in, when people go from a lot of processed food and to mainly a life of fresh food. I’ve seen families change and I’ve seen their health change, their weight change, the examine results change, their self-esteem changed and for the moms and dads you know even their sex life changed.
