Jawbone 2 Bluetooth Headset – Review
Hey guys, Jon Rettinger here, got a review for you of the Jawbone 2, you know this canceling Bluetooth headset. Over my probably five or six years now Bluetooth headsets I’ve used quite a few. I’ve used Motorola, Jabra and you can say Nokia branded one, Apple. I’ve really used a myriad of headsets so I’ve got a nice perspective to judge the Jawbone 2.
So you probably heard of the Jawbone 2 and it’s a noise canceling abilities and I can go ahead and—the first hand. Before I do that, let me give you guys a real quick tour of the device. I gave you one during my unboxing let me give you one more. Let’s go ahead and zoom in this a little bit so you can see it, the device a little bit better. As you can see, it really is a quite small and see my mouth just what I’m talking as I’m doing this. At light weight doesn’t weight much at all. Next, you have two buttons on it, spite anything like they had any. It’s got one main button right in the middle, you can push for using call, hang up and it’s called your phone supports voice sailing that will activate it. And also another button on the back right there which adjust the volume it turns on or off and when it’s canceling. I’m glad you zoom it back out just a little bit, there we are.
So it really does fit nicely in your ear. It comes with ear loose but its like turn it off to take that off. I’m not the biggest fan here—itself and also kind of just pretty packing with a whole bunch of little EarGels to find what fits your ear the best. If you put it right in and it sits there nice and comfortably. On the top of that, there’s just a little sort of button and that has to rest right on your Jawbones surprisingly enough. And what that does it actually takes the vibrations from your Jawbone, translates into sound, it transmits that sound obviously over the airwaves. So by doing that it blocks out the ambient noise behind you. It’s not actually getting the voice from coming out your month it actually travel straight up right into the headset. So this is a very cool technology. It’s like tested the headset with rain in the background, car noise in the background, I have—papers on the background while I was making phone calls and people had no idea that there was any noise going on. This thing is fantastic. If you drive a convertible, there are a lot of windows where you live as far as I’m concern this is the only headset to get. It has been absolutely fantastic as far as blocking up background noise. Call quality is clear, people on the other end whether the noise canceling was on or off they didn’t even know I was on Bluetooth headset. Really does a wonderful job.
That being said though, it does a little white part is that resting right on your Jawbone. People on the other end aren’t going to hear anything. So you do have a little bit of adjusting you do have to get used to it just a little bit. It can be kind of a little bit—sometimes. Once you get it right you can feel it touching but you have no issues at all. It stays like I mentioned, stays in your ear nice and well if you’re listening music or bumping around no matter what is that you’re doing.
So guys, the price of the headset really does vary you should have to go and do a search to see what the average price is, it can range from $100.00 to $200.00 but I can certainly recommend in this device. It was send to me courtesy of the guys at mygearsstore.com. I put a links down up in the sidebar. And if you like the headset you can order it they’ll give you 10% off anything in their catalogue. So guy, in conclusion, Jawbone Bluetooth headset I’m rating this on a scale from 1 to 10, this gets a resounding 9.5. It’s probably one of the best sounding headsets I’ve ever used. It’s actually now becomes my primary headset that I’m carrying with me on my car. I’m really happy to have it that my engine won’t give me a little bit loud sometime and the people are always complaining now they can’t even tell I’m driving. So guys, to all the handsfree—everybody needs a Bluetooth headset probably recommend, fixing your ear nice and comfortably and you’re off.
