Juggling: The Instructional Video
Step 1: Stand firmly and throw one ball from one hand to the other at eye level.
Remember to stand and throw evenly and try to keep you throws slow and steady.
Step 2: Take two balls in each hand.
Throw the first ball in your dominant hand. Then when the ball reaches about eye level, throw up the second ball.
First, simply worry about getting the timing right. Later, focus on catching.
This is the hardest step in learning to juggle and the most important.
Before moving to the next step, make sure you can do this step 10 times perfectly.
This is what it should look like at normal speed.
Now, do the same as step 2 but add the third ball.
Put two balls in one hand and one in the other.
Toss the first of the two balls to eye level.
Then as in step 2, throw the ball in the other hand.
When you catch the first ball that you threw, the second should be at eye level.
When the second ball as at eye level, throw the ball that never left your hand,
Catch all the balls.
Keep practicing this and do not worry if does not look perfect at first.
This is what 3 ball looks like at normal speed.
Now, put it all together.
Simply put step 3 into a single fluid motion.
Keep practicing. And if you are completely lost, go back to steps 1 and 2.
Now, you can juggle. All you have to do is practice.
