Hi! My name is Julia and I guess you would call me the President, Founder, CEO, CJO of the Juggling Club, what have it.
Anyway, you are probably here because you want to learn how to juggle with three balls.
To be honest, I think there are plenty, really, really, really good juggling website that are already teaching three balls. I have included two links below just to get you guys started.
But I figured if you are too easy to learn three balls in one in one link from the Youth of Jugglers, I should post in small 3-ball tutorial video just to get tutorial started off.
Alright, let us stop wasting time and get started. Shall we?
So the real trick to any, any sort of juggling trick or really anything in general is to break this really complicated impossible thing down into the smallest step as possible.
And for 3-ball juggling that means starting off with one ball.
Pick up a ball or any round object that sort of medium weight and about the size of an apple,
And just basically start throwing it back and forth.
Try and keep your throws nice and high. Take your time,
And when you are throwing the ball, try not to have the ball picking the center, but rather of the side a little bit.
Once you can do this about maybe 50 times without dropping a single time, then you are ready to move on to two.
Juggle two, toss the ball from one hand and when the ball picks in the air, toss the second ball.
Then toss the ball from the other hand and repeat.
Try to keep your throws nice and high and think to yourself toss-toss, catch-catch. Toss-toss, catch-catch.
One thing to avoid is to toss-pass like I am doing in the video.
This will create a bad habit and will make it hard for you to learn three.
Another thing you want to avoid is throwing the ball forward.
To fix this, focus on throwing your balls nice and high. That way, you will not walk forward as much when you are trying to learn three balls.
Once you can do that about 20 or 30 times, maybe even 50 in row without dropping,
Okay fine, 20 in a row without dropping, and do equal things I juggle with the phantom third ball, you probably ready to move on to three.
For three of basically the same thing as two, only instead of catching the second one, you toss again.
Remember: to toss the third ball right after it peaks.
Focus on making your throw as nice and high and take your time. You really do have plenty of time.
Focus on throwing your balls straight up, so you do not end up walking forth.
Another thing that will help you from walking forward is to juggle in front of a bed or in some sort of a wall like it.
Practice everyday and come on over to the Youth of Jugglers you can teach you cool tricks like the 3-up 180 and tell you what you are doing well.
Anyway, thanks.
