Juggling trick - Tutorial 23

1. To juggle the ball, your need to keep kicking with your toes or front of your foot. The red shows where is good to hit the ball, the white line shows where to focus the most. 2. Every time you hit the ball, try to hit it in the center, that way ball will go straight up. 3. To juggle while you sit, you need to kick the ball with your toes, and try to kick the ball close to your foot. 4. To juggle while you sit on the bench, you need to hit the ball with your toes also, more time you practice the better. 5. To juggle side ways, you need to hit the ball with side of your shoe, make sure you hit the ball in the center.
