Keeping in Touch with Old Friendships

Hi, I am Rey Widecker and I am here with the few tips on keeping up friendships. Now, if you are not necessarily comfortable with getting on the phone to talk with your friends, embrace technology. That way, you are setting by yourself, your thoughts are clear and you go, just type them out. It could be in the chat room, you can text somebody, emailing is obviously one of the most prevalent forms of communication these days. So if you have a friend that you have not seen in a while and you really want to reach out to them, just get on the computer, open up the cellphone and just do it that way. In that way you feel safe and you can actually express exactly what you want to say. Just stay warm, stay kind and keep the lines of communication open.
