We are going to introduce sprints or resistance with sprints to make the athletes work that much harder. We don't necessarily need parachutes. We can have just another person actually, literally, pulling on our shirt making it hard for us to progress forward. I want the athletes to start and get the parachutes up lifted and so by the time they get to the elbows it's just the elbow to elbow sprint.
