Thanks for stopping by, I am Chef Billy Parisi, you are watching Fix My Recipe on wsoctv.com. Our new meal solution recipe brought to you by Lowes Food is a real tasty Korean Style Pork Tenderloin with a side of White Rice.
We are going to marinade our pork tenderloin. So, the first thing we need to do to make our marinade is toast these white sesame seeds. The best way to do this is placing your seeds in a saute skillet on medium-high heat and constantly tossing them, browning them on all sides.
To finish off this marinade we are going to use two tablespoons of those toasted sesame seeds. Next, some diced garlic, some dark brown sugar, and some soy sauce and we are going to puree it for about 30 seconds.
Our next step is to add our pork tenderloin into a shallow pan and that marinade we just made is going right over the top and we are going to cover it and let it marinade for at least one hour. We were marinating for at least an hour. Now let's go ahead and slap these pork loins right on that viking grill.
Now to get this pork to about medium we need to cook it for about 12-16 minutes on all sides, so the pork will be cooked and it is safe to eat. Man, this pork looks so good and it smells wonderful. Let's go ahead and slice it up. Prepare our rice accordingly. We are going to plate it and finish off the rest of those toasted sesame seeds and some sliced green onions.
Need I say more, how delicious does this look. Let's get a taste. There is so much flavor in this dish, the pork and the rice go perfect with each other. Be sure to get outside on your grill and make this recipe.
