I’m going to take my left foot and put my right on the inside of my right foot. And then I’m going to drop my weight, this called the empty stent, just whatever height is comfortable for you. I’m going to step out with my left foot and I’m going to sit all the way down on my right. Whatever height is comfortable--you may back straight. I think we can balance something on top of my head and both feet flat.
Now, I’m going to shift my weight forward and turn into a post-stents. This is called a Kung Bo post-stents, and then we’re going to walk across the room like this. So I come into the empty stents, whatever the foot I’m standing on flat, I’m going to toll the other foot. This is a drop stents, go down as lower if you feel comfortable with both feet flat, head up like I’m balancing something on my head. I’m going to shift through slowly so stretch you out, work your leg strength. It’s called the post-stents like a glass of water right here. And I’m balancing something on my head and then I come in again, so empty stents, drop stents. This is leg strength exercise we do for Kung Fu, post-stents, and then empty stents. You be careful not to go to low in the beginning, and you don’t want to go bend over like this, and you keep your back straight and keep your bottom tacked in and think you’re balancing something on top of your head. And then I shift my weight and I keep my back to straight, glass of water on my leg, book on top of my head, empty stents. I sit drop stents all the way down, so Kung Fu will be like this we’ll have a weapon or sometimes will do it with the lion dance. And we’ll go post-stents, and we go empty stents. And that's work your legs very much.
