Thanks for watching another episode of fixmyrecipe.com, Chef Billy Parisi here, our new fix host Dan of—Dan you forgot to tell us where you are from buddy. You need to do it so all of your friends actually believe it is you.
You have submitted a recipe to us is Kung Pao Spaghetti. You said you need a little help with the procedure. Do not worry Dan; we got your cover right here.
Dan, we have got a lot of ingredients and a lot of step for this recipe. Pay close attention and I think you can pull this off. Here is what you need to make our Kung Pao Sauce; two tablespoons ginger, two tablespoons each rice wine and rice wine vinegar, one tablespoon of garlic chili paste, two tablespoons hoison, one tablespoon sugar, and three tablespoons soy.
Peanuts are included in this Kung Pao Spaghetti. We are going to put a Szechuan marinade on our peanuts. Put them on a sheet pan. Hit them on the oven, 350 degrees for about ten minutes.
All right, our peanuts are roasting. Our sauce is just about done. In the meantime, we are going to cut off our chicken and dredge it in our seasoned flour, get ready to sauté.
We are going to cook this chicken until it is done and set it aside. While our chicken is sautéing, we are going to go ahead and finish making our sauce. Pour our chicken stock in, then we are going to add corn starch to thicken it, and remember that sauce we put together in the beginning, we are going to add that right in here.
While everything is cooking, let us go ahead and drop our spaghetti. Take the peanuts out of the oven. We are going to add up right to our sauce to save our self a step. All right, everything we have got going on. Chicken frying, sauce is done, noodles are boiling. Next, we are going to sauté off these red peppers, green onions, and eggs. And finally, put it all together and give this a taste. All right, let us finish off a little fresh cilantro and fresh basil.
Dan, perfect from all of that heat from all of those spices and seasonings, and it is all set very nicely with the lemon flavor of cilantro. Dan, thank you so much for writing us and I really appreciate taking care of this. It tastes awesome! All of the flavors come together, it is very nice. Come back tomorrow, see our new feature picks of the day.
