In this video tutorial, we’ll show you how to use your 5 megapixel cameral. First, you need to unlock your touch screen by pressing the menu key and the by pressing and holding onto the pad lock on the screen.
Tap the menu tab icon on the screen to open your full menu. Now, select camera. Hold alternatively, you can press and hold onto your camera’s shoot button found on the right side of your GW620. Along the top of the screen, you have your image size and resolution, your ISO settings, the number of remaining pictures and battery life.
Along the right and side, you can go back to your main menu to switch between camera and video camera modes simply by flicking down the switch. And finally, you can also view your gallery.
Tap the center of your screens to unhide your camera menu on the left hand side of the screen. By selecting the magnifying glass, you can zoom in or out of your subject. However, the distal zoom function only works in 3, 2 and 1 megapixel modes as well as VGA resolutions. You’ll need to go into your setting just to show and if you do to adjust your resolution before you can zoom in or out of your subject. We are now zooming in.
Tap the EV balance icon to adjust your balance used in the scale at the bottom of the screen. Tap in the plus and minus symbols to move it up or down. Next, you can easily change your thresh mode from auto on or off. Change your macro and switch within auto or macro. Tap the settings icon to enter your camera settings. Change your camera resolution from here, choose up to five megapixels. Flick the camera wheel to adjust your image quality, choose from fine, super fine and normal.
Next is your white balance. Choose from five different setting including cloudy and fluorescence. Next, change your shot mode including frame shot which will allow you to use different types of pre-installed frames. Using frame shot will change the resolution down to VGA. Get your self in the shot by adjusting the timer from 3, 5 or 10 seconds. Adjust your ISO setting from here with options up to 400. Change your scene mode to take pictures farther or to deliver better quality pictures. Make your pictures more fun by adding color effects including sketch and negative. Now, choose your focus from either auto or manual.
Your android GW620 smartphone has clever features called face tracking and smart shots. Now, choose whether you’d like to see those captured pictures after your image has been taken. For those professional shots, you can use a great feature. Now, I chose the shutter sound. Choose from four different options from here. Using in-built GPS, cleverly tag your images with the location information. Now, whether or not you want to use the auto or manually hid features in the side for your camera. And now, you can reset all the settings for the camera back to default.
To take a picture, hold the phone firmly and press the camera button at the top part of the phone. You may see the green auto focus light switched on the screen, this helps you to deliver a great picture. Once you’ve taken a picture, you can send it via picture message, email or publish it to Picasa. You can also use it as a home screen wallpaper. Next, you can rename it or you can even edit it using the in-built image editing application. Selecting the back however will hide your taken image and get you ready to take another. You can also delete, take a new picture or even view your gallery.
