Now we are going to start what we are doing now is creating a tunnel behind the stomach. Now we are going to grab the hole of that tubing that connects the band and we are going to pass it through. Right again, until this latch closes and the band closes on to twist itself. This is her new stomach, the width of the tip of this instrument is around 2 cm's, the fairy as her neat stomach, this would be her old stomach nothing has been changed the only things we are doing is mildly squeezing this area, so the sensational fullness is obtained faster.
