But today, I’m going to workout in a little something out I like to call laughing fit. I’m Steve. Female: I think I've met you already actually. I saw one of your shows at the comedy -- Steve Patterson: I was in a very different element. Now, a lot of people when they do workout videos, know how to workout or have some sort of experience. I, however, do not. Now, I’m going to attempt to do a one hour, high octane spin class. Let’s see how this goes, watch Mojo. Hi everybody! This is just the warm up right? Is it okay if I walk around a bit? What do you look for in a person that’s working out? Julia McNally: Good form, good form, yes. Steve Patterson: Is form a code word for penis? Julia McNally: No. Steve Patterson: No, I’m just kidding. Do you come here often? Julia McNally: I do, I work here. Steve Patterson: Focus on my legs guys. So at least, I’ll be ahead of you the whole time. I’m sorry. You’re never going to catch up. I don’t care how fast you pedal. No one else brought a Montreal Canadian towel. Cleo Roch: So what we want here is to make sure that the knee falls above the ball of the foot. Steve Patterson: The front area like boys have an outside part hurts a little bit. I don’t get often to stand besides sweaty girls when I’m sweating and they’ll still talk to me, so I’m taking advantage of it. I have a question. The people are in charge of turning up their own attention on the bicycle, so you could easily cheat. Like for instance, the girl that was behind me was cheating the whole time. My fractions are outside; I just turned it all the way down. Cleo Roch: It could be just they’re just not strong enough, so let’s see. Steve Patterson: Are you calling me a bitch? How do you like spinning compared to other things? Karen Moore: I have fun doing it but you get in trouble for talking which is the most fun part. Steve Patterson: They should let you talk more. The instructor of this class is a bit of a spinning nasty and doesn’t like you speak, is that what you're saying? Karen Moore: Maybe a little bit but she’s really good. Steve Patterson: Where are going to eat right now after spin class? Cleo Roch: Best thing after any workout is chocolate milk. Steve Patterson: Are you serious? Cleo Roch: It’s the perfect combination and ratio of protein to carbs and it’s delicious. Steve Patterson: Thank you again ladies for allowing me into this. And come to our comedy show soon. There’s one of the back of your neck— Steve Patterson: What’s going to on back there, I can’t see it. Is it really sweaty or what? Female: Pretty sweaty. Steve Patterson: Yeah, that means I’m trying.
