Just in one email alone, I can make hundreds and even thousands of dollars. Now, it is definitely not as easy as some people want you to believe. You have got to learn how to not only build your list but you need to learn how to do it the correct way.
You need to understand how to create a relationship with your list and how to talk the talk of your list and even emails. You need to understand how to write emails, how to write subject lines and emails that get opened and get clicked.

This technique, I would like to show you here is, it is not a new technique but it is often overlooked. It is the real estate right after someone opts into one of your lists. So his first audio was free then he did a one time up sale for another—for $10, you get a second audio and the 100% came to me and then there was I believe a six week program after that and it was for $297 and he paid 50% commissions.
What it was was I made this report because I saw his web2 secrets converting great. I mean I made a quick $3,000. So what I did is I created this book then, then inside the book I also have a link to Mike’s site but really most people are clicking right in this area was where the special was and I took my affiliate sales from that $3,000, maybe $3,500 mark all the way up to close to I believe that was close to $14,000. It might have been a little over; I think my check was at $14,400 something like that.
You have just given them something, it is this box special area has to be on target because it was having to do with the web2.0. So it was great fit, it was a huge opportunity for me to make money in this real estate. So do not pass this up. Here is another quick example.
