Your small business could one day be on the big screen. No, not the movies but hi-tech, full motion, LED billboards.
This hi-tech form of advertising is being called the next big thing but in China they are already reaching millions of consumers with video ads. The screen they viewed during the 2008 Olympics in China’s biggest city as citizens were flexing billions of dollars, a new found spending power.
This huge screen promoting was the grandest and the world’s largest emerging consumer markets are popular. In fact, out of home advertising in China is expected to grow 28% comparatively between 2008 and 2012.
In China’s middle class in the graphic segment, incomes are rising by 20% annually, but penetration by such 20% for your video tables as in home TV spots and newspaper ads lies in U.S. and Europe.
Advertisers currently spend only one dollar per month per Chinese consumer only about two to three percent of U.S. ads then. Smaller screens are shooting up across United States as billboards and taxis plus this on gasoline pumps and in stores.
Some of these new video billboards can even be interactive and measure the number of eyes who looked their way. I think where a video billboard or screen could help move your business.
