Cynthia: Welcome to watchmojo.com. My name is Cynthia Chan and I am here with Matty Yeb at the spas nomad and she has been a massage therapist for about seven years now. She is going to teach us just a little bit about massage therapy. So Matty, what exactly is massage therapy?
Female: Massage therapy can say that it is more like a relaxation way to get to relieve a stress. With this you can go with a relax your body by stand by doing training. You can also join that to some kind of training but in a different way, it helps you to the blood circulation, have a good health, help you breathing properly, help concentration.
Cynthia: You said on your website that there is good stress and there is bad stress, what do you mean by those two?
Female: The good stress, suppose you have something that is going good in your life like a project and you are very like oh my god something good is going to happen to me so if you want to get more focus, if you want to get relief of your stress because you just want to get focus and make more concentration so this is going to be good for us, like something good is going to happen to you. A bad stress, it is like when you are overworked, like you do not have time for you, you have the kids, you have the job, you have everything and like I have no time.
Cynthia: For a person who does not have a big budget for example, what would you recommend for them?
Female: You can always come for chair massage, it is only a dollar a minute.
Cynthia: Okay.
Female: And this way we can use chair massage and many places like you can bring the chair in the business.
Cynthia: Okay.
Female: You can bring your chair in the class, in the school for student, you can go for 15 to 20 minutes, sometime half an hour, it is like a pause, you know like take a break.
Cynthia: Yes.
Female: For sacred, you know, we just say just change your break, stop smoking and get a massage.
