Melanie Raposo: Hi everybody! I'm Melanie Raposo and welcome to mommy's minute. If your child is a picky eater, here is some healthy eating tips. First never use food as a bride reward or punishment. This will only cause bad eating habits later on in life. Also make meals time fun, make a face on your childs pizza with vegetables and other healthy toppings, and if your child that doesn't want to eat certain food, don't force them. Also try to offer smaller portions, larger portions can quiet often be over warming for young children. The most important thing is to set a positive example for your child if you maintain healthy eating habits it's most likely your children will as well.
