I am Gelareih Khoio, I am the primary owner of Thirty-nine Hotel. Nightlife in Chinatown has really evolved for than the last ten years. It has really grown and become a lot more diverse.
Rich Richardson:: Ritually is a monthly celebration of the Arts in the downtown Chinatown area. It has turned into a kind of urban celebration of the arts with thousands of people involved with that real kind of festive atmosphere.
Gelareih Khoio: Little by a little it grew to the point where it was a really great place for your families and people want to sort of see each other, see in be seen.
Rich Richardson: It has become a real celebration for people that live here and visitors appreciate that authentic experience.
Gelareih Khoio: What makes nightlife in Hawaii unique is that you can go to a variety of venues and clubs that are completely different from each other.
Rich Richardson: We are on the verge of treating us seen here that is going to be recognizable internationally as a kind of fusion of Eastern and Western influences and enhanced by Hawaiian concepts.
Gelareih Khoio: We have been sort of managed to create this buzz and it is really exciting.
