David McFaul: Welcome to watchmojo.com and I'm David McFaul. Today, I'm going to be representing to you the International Eureka Technology and Science Festival, dive into the fascinating world of science technology and innovation. We are here with Mario from Otaez, which is the [Unknown language] school where they are working on project called solar powered car. How does solar power work?
Mario: The car gets its power from the sun, the lights hits the solar cells and convert it into electricity.
David McFaul: So, these are the solar power cells on the top here, right?
Mario: It's correct. These are used to covert the light to electricity.
David McFaul: How much would one of the solar panels cost?
Mario: For the car, it will be $0.07 million.
David McFaul: $700,000. I got to -- just heard. How far can this car go?
Mario: It can go 3,000 kms.
David McFaul: My Honda. How fast can it go?
Mario: 128 km/hr. Okay.
