—is growing a plant that is around a lot and we probably are attempting to use one and make a tea out of it because it looks pretty innocuous. I think this is a member of the buttercup family—the renuncculacea family, even though it has a pretty name like buttercup, I do not know anything edible in that family.
And there is a spectrum where I think a family—this is a spectrum between food-medicine-poison, and so where in that spectrum does the family sit. So this one sits in the medicine-poison section, there is no hardly of any food in this family. And when I get called of people being poisoned, this is the most common, not only the family but this particular plant—the renuncolous, the buttercup.
And there is many different kind of buttercup which is kind of deceiving. Some with a lot like violet which trick people. And if you did eat it in ay kind of quantity, it probably burning you mouth and give you sort of acidic noxious in your stomach and then diarrhea and then you will be fine.
So be careful of the buttercup family for any uses. And if you are noting it for medicine, it is a family to be approached with caution and it is ubiquitous, it is around a lot, it is often around, so be cautious of the buttercup family.
