Welcome to BodyRock TV. I want to talk a little bit about yoga and the benefits of it. I have started to practice yoga a couple of months ago and it really became an important part of my life.
I am getting so many benefits from my yoga practice and I am not talking just about the flexibility because of course somewhere along the way you are going to get flexible, but this is just one aspect of yoga practice, and flexible does not necessarily means advanced. Because there as a practice, it is more important not so much what is done but how is it done. The important thing is, what kind of effect is going to have on you, and yoga practice well impact your life in every aspect, your personality, your relationships, your creativity, and of course your health.
Now all the experienced yoga teachers know how important is your home practice, because if you practice everyday, even for just 20 minutes, you are going to get more benefits than if you would go 3 times a week on some yoga class that takes 90 minutes.
