Learn About the Fret Board Numbers on Guitar

Hey! In this lesson we are going to simply and be learn the fret numbers and what it means in a lesson when I say, play the fifth fret or the twelve fret. So, if you look on your fret boarding, you see all these frets, usually you will have 21 or 22 maybe even 24. And if I told you to play on the fifth fret with your index finger or your first finger on your high E string, you kind of one, two, three, four, five. There is your fifth fret and grab your high E string, your top string, your first string. Grab with your index finger and fret that. Now, if I told you, we are going to play our B string on the twelve with our middle finger, you kind a twelve frets all the way up. That just happens to be this one right here, the one with two dots, twelve fret. Grab that on your B string, the second string with your middle finger and press down there. And that’s how you can tell what fret number I’m talking about. You will see your get into it and it will be become much easier and much faster for you when had a little bit exposure to some lessons.
