Welcome to BodyRock.tv. I am bit exhausted because I just did the whole workout routine, and by the way for our site it's going to be launching soon Fit Chick TV and there was a one particular exercise that I was doing and this one is supposed to work your back and your legs.
We are going to - we bend over like this and grab your calves, and then we are going to inhale, you are doing a little like a squat and straighten your back. And when I was doing this exercise, for some reason, I didn't feel it in my back. I am glad to do these reps. One, two, so I found this kind of strange because I was doing a lot of reps, but after when you were editing the video I noticed that my form was incorrect and that's why I didn't get the benefits of the exercise. So we had to reshoot the whole video, the whole exercise and we did it right this time with a straight back. So like that. One, two, six, seven, nine, ten.
So I just wanted to tell you how important is to really pay attention to the form, to the right form. So if you have at home a mirror, or if you are working at the gym its good to stand in front for mirror, and once in a while check the form, because otherwise you can be losing all these benefits that the exercise can give you.
