Darren is now working on full court dribbling. He is using his right hand. He is going to do three to five repetitions of this. First repetition was the half speed. Now, he is working more on game speed. He got his eyes up. He can see the whole court and he is learning to control the ball better.

Now he is going to go to his left hand. The first time will be half speed. He always goes half speed the first time so you can focus on getting your eyes up. Get a feel for the ball. Once you have your mechanics down, then you go twice at full speed. Full speed means as fast as you can under control. If you do not have a full court gym to use, you can use your drive way, you can use the side walk but do not use this drill on the street.
