He is not exploding hard enough , she should make more force to the floor and then jump .

This will help in the rebounding area, since jumping quickly and jumping strong always helps to improve your ability to get rebound. It is going to be 25 repetitions. [Music Playing] This drill will also help with your conditioning and your endurance for game situations. [Music Playing]
