This video should have ended with them actually doing the jump together not just going through the motions. With the other videos they showed it, slowed it down and did it again. I wanted to see the synchronization. A bit disappointing.

Learn Cheerleading Team Drill Techniques

Hi! I am Ben Canty with All Star Legacy and I am here with Lauren. We are showing you guys out there cheerleading jumps and techniques. We are going to end our session today with jumping as a team. It's going to help if you have a partner or your team with you. We have already taught you the essentials and basics of how to do each cheerleading jump. It's going to be very important that you not only remember the motions that we have taught you but also the counts that go along with them. What you can do is grab your partner and face them face-to-face, this way and go through your counts as a jump. Let's say for sake, double toe touch. 5-6-7-8, 1, hit 2, 3, hit 4, 5, hit 6, 7, 8, stand 1. So that's it for cheerleading jumps and techniques. We hope that you have taken a lot away from today's lesson. Good luck from all of us here at All Star Legacy with everything that you do with cheerleading.
