Yes so now you got the bases down, you can travel with it. I can start going backwards so, I am just going to step back with my right and when I hit the ground it is going to be my cue to start with my chest. Boom, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. So step back and start with my chest, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. And then side view, seven, eight and one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
So I can also do it forward, and what I want to do is like I said kind of just hit the ground. So, it just stomp with me right now. Pomp stomp, pomp stomp hard now for you feel it through your body, yes, so your body kind of shakes. So again, that is your cue. Boom to start from your chest. Boom two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. So we are going to start off with the music again.

And start traveling forward with my right foot, one, two, three, four, five, six, then I go back, two, three, four, with my chest, six, seven, eight and four, three, four, five, six, seven, eight and just step. Boom, and I still have this push from my back leg and my weight goes to my front foot. And then I just push back boom, just hit a wall. And then we can also do some sneaking. Boom, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. So I just go same thing but I am just stepping side to side and I lead out to these diagonals. Boom so diagonals, diagonal left and right and I just step touch. And then I can also bring it down and just kind of tap my knee in but I am still doing the body roll but all I do is add a step touch. Boom two, then I look real cool, six, seven, eight, one, two, three, four, so again we can start slow.
Really work your way through it. All of these bodies are really where I want to start big and slow. Take your time get that control and just build that up be able to hold yourself and not have to it. That way when you do it faster boom, you have all the control, you get those nice little snakes. Boom, and I can have my head in there, back, back, back and I go forward. And I go forward with these diagonals. Boom, yes it just make it nice smooth and there you got your body roll.
