Learn How to Coach Baseball: Color Ball Drill

(Music Playing) This next drill is a Hand-Eye Coordination Drill. The coach will stand on top of the chair and he will drop two balls; a white ball and an orange ball. The coach will then call out the color of the ball, in that particular case it was orange. The player has to pick up the orange ball and strike the orange ball while in mid-air. Again, this drill focuses on Hand-Eye Coordination. Had not the player pick up the right color of the ball and doing all the elements that we have spoke about from the Tee to the Toss to the Rapid Fire. White! Orange! (Music Playing)
