Painting is an experience. You should not FIND your style, because everybody HAS his style. Artistic style is part of be a human being. So try do think not about HOW to do, think about WHAT you do. Pictures are 2-dimensional. They are real in being color. Try to paint a picture. The criteria if its good or not is not if it is realistic. Ask yourself: DOES THE PICTURE LIVE ?
