Male 1: Bend.

Male 2: This is called the mirror mechanics drill. What we are focusing on is the mental mechanics and physical mechanics being combined as one. The reason we perform this drill in front of the mirror is so that the athlete can watch and be sure that all physical mechanics are perfect while practicing the mental mechanics as he performs the physical skill.

Male 1: Tumble in, bend, follow through. Tumble in.

Male 2: Complete 25 repetitions of this drill.
