Okay, today I am going to teach you the basic trick of juggling which is the cascade, that is the one which have three balls and then you just go on with it. It is very simple, but it can get quick like this.
How you should start off is, one ball. You do not have to hack it up or professional juggling balls, just use a tennis ball or maybe a little piece of this so, you want to cut it up instead of pennies, which is how I did for my juggling role or you just do with one hand together like this. The other side, I can keep this hand still, goes straight to it, and takes a lot of practice.
And the ball should be going about eye level and straight your hands, steady. Try not to look at every throw, like this. Yes, it is sort of like you are doing that.
Just look through the ball, use your peripheral vision, it is there, because you have three going at once, you cannot look at every ball at once.
When you have got that down, you should practice it about five minutes, it is not too hard to perfect it, then we want two. So what you do is throw in the air, just like here. Once it is right here, you throw the balls to your other hand at the same time, you catch and it would look something like this. Okay, do not try to throw it like this, it is actually weird but it should be level to the shoulder.
Turn into ultimate directions, just do with one lane, you will not be able to throw at the other and that can really mess you up.
After practicing out for 10 to 15 minutes, you are ready to run a trick, this is a really good piece, hit the same thing, that the two, just to make a pattern. So you throw the first one up, take it on the air, you just keep on and after the ball gets to your hands, you throw up.
So, one is up in the air, so the second one, well see if we can get that far and now they got two in your hands and one in the air and you go two. So, it really simple, just put in the throw that checks in, throw, repeat that on the other side, same thing. So, well so, like as before, try not to throw at the last minute that will cause a jerky style sort of like this.

Throw each ball like a bow, shoulder type. Also must be in the eye level, you notice I am not looking every single one.

Anyway that should take a half and a hour practice before you can get, four will be five throws in a row. After an hour I think I had seven throws as a record, when I first started but, after awhile, you really can enjoy it, you can get up like 500 even a thousand.
But, try to fix the cascade to them, go and get some other tricks two in one hand. Cabs(ph), it also reverse cascade, it is a classic.
Same thing, just throw the ball to the upside and some bad habits, you know, with each one throw into a in a simple run for each other because each throw goes out a little further than the last one. You should keep it—
You know, start with each one out, you does not even have to run, see how it go.
Okay, that takes one cascade.
