Learn Massage the Neck 1

I want to show you in this first neck massage video, some basic techniques to warm up the area. I always include the shoulders in the neck treatment too because the shoulders and the neck are closely connected. I start with the Effleurage, broad strokes using either lotion or oil. Then I use an effleurage technique to stretch the traps or the top of the shoulder muscle. Then I use another effleurage technique that connects both the shoulders and the neck. Again, the trapezius muscle is the main muscle that you work on here. The massage with petrosage here I show it with two hands. Make sure that you are not poky, keep your fingers flat and you try to get a grip on the muscle and to lift out you can also do that same technique by just using one hand.

And as last technique, I was going to show you here, a very neat technique using the fist, just make sure you have some lotion or oil on the back of your hand otherwise you can irrupt the skin off.
