So continuing with my techniques, next one is visualization. Visualization is actually very powerful. Closing your eyes and picturing an image that is very positive calming also and relaxing. So it could be places you have been to or even a picture, just see the colors, see especially fill the warmth of it, and do it for like one to two minutes.
