Hi! This is an instructional video on how to juggle.
I am going to teach you the 3-ball cascade, which goes like this,
First, you take one ball. Do you want your arms parallel and you are going to aim for,
From your right, to the left of your head,
So we will go sort of like this,
And then with your left hand to the right,
The center of your head,
So that one ball, practice that.
Keep your arm parallel.
Remember, juggling is good throws not great catches.
So that with two balls, you want to go,

As this ball,
As the first ball reaches the top, then you are going to throw the second ball.
So, it goes

Now with three balls,
Throw the one,
Throw the first ball with the hand with two balls in one hand. So it goes,

And then do that,

And then, you can add 4 or 5 and tell just juggling like this,

And that is the 3-ball cascade.
