hey ..iv been doing parkour for 7 months now ..and im quite good at it.......1 problem....in ireland theres not much places to do that stuff.....im 14 and im teaching 10-11 year olds.....there good....and thnx 4 the advice

Learn What is Parkour

Parkour (sometimes abbreviated to PK ) or l'art du déplacement (English: the art of displacement) is an activity with the aim of moving from one point to another as efficiently and quickly as possible, using principally the abilities of the human body. It is meant to help one overcome obstacles, which can be anything in the surrounding environment — from branches and rocks to rails and concrete walls — and can be practiced in both rural and urban areas. Parkour practitioners are referred to as traceurs , or traceuses for females. Founded by David Belle in France, parkour focuses on practicing efficient movements to develop one's body and mind to be able to overcome obstacles in an emergency.

My name is Justin Craft, I have been here in Park core for about two and a half to three years. What I am about to show you today are some moves which will trace your practices or tracer is a male who practices Park core. The key to Park core is basically not so much of having guts but you got to learn a lot of balance and you need a lot of strength. Park core was created by a tracer named David Bell. He grew up in France. The definition of Park core the art of movement but basically, you need to be creative for what you find in Park core.
