Hello, my name is Gabriel, I’m a pet manager for Zamzows, we’re gonna introduce you guys
today, the Bearded Dragon. They’re an Australian species, a very, very niftly little lizard. You
can get a close up on him; you can kind of see what he looks like. And one of the reasons that
they are named the Bearded Dragon, coz if you look like here, when these guys get stress out,
they actually can color that beard up and puff it out and make it look like very imposing. Now,
he’s not doing it right now, coz he’s not too stress out. But as you can see, that whole area looks
very spiky and so it does resemble a beard when they are stress out. There’s also spikes along the
side of the body, and some nifty coloring down the back of them that really keeps them looking
really nice. The spines are use to defense mechanism in the wild so that they can actually be
protected, they’re not very aggressive in nature, they do eat smaller animals, but they’re still not
a very aggressive animals, so predators can take advantage of them. They come from Australia,
throughout the middle ranges in Australia. One of the key things about this guy is he’s pretty
small now, but being only three months old, he will get larger. By the time their done growing,
they can be upwards of 20-24 inches long, which is a pretty good size lizard, so you have to be
able to taking care of that. So, for more information, if you do wanna learn anything more about
