Rob Riches: You mixing the supplementation as well I am sure with yourself as well I love the people who are working and who contact me. Ask what is up from the taken and they want to know exactly what I am doing so that they can replicate it and well stack it is fun and happy to tell them what my secret is and there is no really secret.
Vince: That is a funny thing is. Yes, yes, yes…
Rob Riches: Now what is your secret what do you do so I can copy that and actually there is no secret it is the last dark, it is the consistency, it is the understanding and the education which I think is I hope I can offer them more than anything. There is no simple answer it is by educating the mind and their body so that they can start to form a habit, and once you get into the habit and they start cutting out the bad choices that they are making. That is really the key the high formed I am working with people. It is about choices. If only they can do every hour of the day, everyday of the week and week of the month and the year and so on and so forth. Everyone has a choice whether it is going to be a progression in there moving forwards or it is going to be taken them backwards and it is fine to have a little right heavy—have you known again like you know we both did work in championships.
Vince: Sure, yes
Rob Riches: I am sure you had we call a cheap meal. I like to call it a cheap meal because well the foods stamp we do not do anything to my body in terms of allowing me to get better it is rewarding actually it lose the—I feel like missing out of a weeks, months in a time. I would just allow myself to have one get out of my system again and that is fine.
Vince: Now I think it is really important to touch on the fact that you know a lot of people think have t he impression of I might not be able to relate to guys like us. Because I told you guys spent two to three hours in the gym a day and you guys are obsessed .This is all you care about this is all you think about and I will be honest you know it is actually to complete offset it is more about balance. You know beam and tune with you know how am I living my life. Yes, I think the a big thing too. Rob Riches is touching on education and the way training where the body built and fitness mall in around. I think it is really weird kind of thing because you know people would not go up to Michael Jordan. I say you know. I wanted to be like you. People know that Michael Jordan’s train for years and years and years but they think they can just walk in with gym starting lifting some weights and all of the sudden jump to a brand new physique. When they forget that they have a type of plan they get to be educated learn how to do things properly, investing your own knowledge and learn how to spend your time wisely so you do not want to wonder around waste your time so I think education in learning what to do specific is very important.
Rob Riches: Absolutely they are looking for that quick fix the shortcut. Again this analogy has a term of a language to explain ways the people could understand in their own understanding. You look at it as a journey. People want a shortcut to get from A to B. They do not really—I mean even know is going to needs for the work in. But they want the quick way and all this bad thoughts coming out and they are a number of training exercises out there and equipments and supplements and you know fast ways of getting the body of their dreams and through the grill a lot of them do not work it is a mix the best setting.

Rob Riches: And it really come downs to hard work putting the time and everything and for me I enjoy that it is precious. It is not about the destination it is the journey and from doing that I have learned how to discipline myself again going back to that money. I will just risk that too with money bank I love myself to discipline myself with how much money I am spending. I am controlling the amount of money I am coming in, and saving that accordingly and you are creating a budget and that is really what we are doing with our bod
