Hey! It is Vince DelMonte from VinceDelMontefitness.com and Yoursixpackquest.com and I want to talk to you about body building supplements. There is a lot of stuff out there that will play on your emotions, your lost for instant gratification, and I think you know which ones I am talking about. Let us focus on the ones that actually work and there is not a lot of them and you probably are not going to see them marketed with, you know, sexy --, because they are not really sexy -- supplements. It is a protein powder, multi vitamin and fish oils and those are your basics.
If you are trying to figure out, you know, where should I put my hard earned money, what is the first investment I should make, that is what it is. High quality multi vitamin, a high quality protein powder and you do not have to get caught up on the isolates and the casings and the blends and the slow releasing ones, just get a blend and that will cover your basis. If money is not an issue, then you can maybe get a little more specific but you do not have to get into the pre-workout and the post workout and the pre bed and the morning. That is called overkill, and that is called being impatient and that is called being a sucker. So just get a blend, protein powder and make sure you get a high quality fish oil. One that is high in Omega 3’s so that you can make up for the lack of fish that is probably in your diet which is typical for most people and you really need to get your fish oils in your body to help decrease inflammation, maintain your metabolism and maintain your overall health and it place a huge role in creating the right the environment to build muscles.
