Male: It is absolutely exhausting, but it’s refreshing, there's nothing more than motivate you in getting up at about 5:30 in the morning, three days a week looking forward to, by the time you get to work you’re so full of energy, so full of veins, it’s the best. I had never been so motivated in my life. Female: After boot camp you'll sleep like a baby during the night, strenuous exercise is a tried and tested remedy for insomnia and you'll be so worn out at the end of the day that you won't have time to reach for the post dinner cheese and crackers. So whether you’re a professional athlete or just will fit into a size 10 dress, turn up to roll call and give your unwanted fat to boot. Hitting over 60 is no excuse to stay at home under a granny rag watching day time tele. There are all sorts of ways to tap into health fun and fitness in your twilight years, dancing is a fantastic way to keep your self physically and mentally primed in your retirement. Male: It’s actually really important that people over fifty stay active in whatever way you can, it doesn’t have to be pre sport—or going to the gym or anything like that, a little bit of moderate activity like walking or gardening or house work or even dancing as these ladies are doing, anyway that people find enjoyable fun that they can fit into that daily lives can really help. Female: Dancing can help us to maintain a steady sense of balance as we get older, when you tap dance, the way is placed over both feet strengthening your deep core and postural muscles with special toning action on the lower back. Female: I've always dance, I dance from the age of nine I ballet trained then I went to tap as well, went on the stage there for 10 years and then where I came off—I can't just give it up, so I started the classes and these girls have been with me for about 15 years, so I must have had a little bit of training before hand and a lot since, so yeah—and they train you so well, it’s so good. Female: Dancing provides such a cohesive allover body workout that if you keep it up, you’ll have a lower risk of falling over and breaking a hip, you'll be that toned and show footed.
