Ashley: Hey guys! Welcome to watchmojo.com. I am your host Ashley and tonight we have the pleasure to speak to Madcaps, the up and coming rock and roll band who just launched their third album Kiss The Lion.
Frédéric Pellerin: I would say that this album is more in-your-face, like it's high energy, it's rock mixed with funk, music that makes you want to dance, that makes you want to party.
Ashley: How have you guys evolved from when you started out until now?
Frédéric Pellerin: There has been a lot of changes but when Marie-Anne has been playing together for three years and I would say that is much more solid now. Our songs are getting better and better. We are at our best now.
We just want to be able to keep on playing music and make a living out of it. That's our main goal.
Ashley: What advice that you would give to other group that will be wanting to start out?
Band member: Work hard because it's ten times harder than you think and be focused. There are a lot of bands that do not want to work. They are like we are going to rehearse only once a week and you are not going to make it. Work, work, work.
Marie-Anne Arsenault: It's not only a musical thing; it's also a human thing. Yeah, to be with always the same people and working together.
