Learn about Men's Skin Care Hi everyone I’m here today to talk about skin care for men and it’s actually quite simple and I don’t why people did not use this before because it’s a no brainier. It’s just like it is a habit so just do it, it’s a healthy habit just like eating breakfast taking your vitamins and whatever but this will really make a difference in your life especially the key consideration that 70% of the aging is caused by involuntary exposure to the sun so if you move to your grandparents and you see the wrinkle around eyes and their aging in their faces you can say that 70% of that is caused just when they were walking down the street or just sitting on their desk and their offices etcetera. So you can prevent that, you can prevent it by wearing a sunscreen everyday. This is a rule, if you want to look good, if you want to keep your youth for as only as possible use a sun screen everyday because if you do that it give yourself a lecture when you go to a vacation you can just like fry on the beach, you know because if you protect yourself during the whole year, you know you can give yourself that lecture. So I’m going to go through the basic of the basics of skin care this is I do much more than that but you know we’re talking about straight man which is not that my case and we are talking about people that are never used to you know taking care of their skin so we’ll start slowly in next post of the year I’ll give you more tips on how to make your skin look even better. So the first thing that we need to address is your cleanser and how to clean your face skin. The skin on your face is different than the skin of your body. Your skin of you face produces a type of oil that is easily washed with a detergent that they use on your body soap so something like this. This is what I use, I love this product and actually I love L’Oreal products, any of your products. I think it’s absolutely a waste of money to spend a lot of money with just you know expensive— or Christian Dior or Channel whatever. They are just marketing, marketers that are just trying to sell something that is not real. In the end the basic products are the same, everything are the same. And actually I believe that L’Oreal laboratories like that which has a lot of money much more than those Lumiere or you know– they do have a lot of money for research and development and they do come out with excellent, excellent products especially for men. And this is a great one because it is not only a cleanser but it is also a gentle scrub that you can use everyday which will cleanse your skin and take away breakouts, blackheads, bad skin and yes, itches will take out so this is my favorite, you don’t have to take this one, any cleanser would do it as long as a facial cleanser without soap. So keep this in your bathroom and when you take a shower instead of washing your face put the soap, wash it with a facial cleanser. You know not rocket science, no big deal there. After that I apply an eye cream because the region around you eyes as you can see around my eyes that looks pretty fabulous. You see it’s because wear this is since I’m 15- years-old so and I’m almost 30 so I’m the living proof that this works because your they eyes, your eye glands do not produce any kind of oil so you need some kind external influence to make that, protection of that oil you know to give it a little bit of moisture and protection from the sun, the wind and the cold and things like that so that’s one. After that I apply my moisturizer, and listen just other day you put that with this like this five seconds then this, 10 seconds you’re done and if you did this everyday you’re going to have 70% less wrinkles than your grandparents and don’t forget this is a very normal, very cheap moisturizer. It maybe cost about 8 or 7 Euros and it contains SPF 15. Even a radiance element that makes your skin bright enough so it’s just a plus but make sure that your moisturizer has a sunscreen because that’s the most important. Okay, well this is the basics. These three things; cleanser, eye cream and moisturizer with sunscreen, if you want to go a little further and if you want look amazing and gorgeous and you know just fantastic we use this once a week. The Skin Renovator by L’Oreal and it has micro aluminum crystals and literally removes a whole entire layer of your skin and so any breakouts or any blackheads in my head it just comes off and that’s cells, all that skin comes off and you have a fresh new skin and it just looks like you just went on a vacation so if you use that every week your skin is going to be so amazing. It’s going to be amazing throughout the whole year but make sure that you apply moisturizer with a sun screen after using this product because your skin becomes more sensitive to the sun. I also really, really like this product, this is serum also by L’Oreal as you see all mine is L’Oreal nothing to expensive and look at me. You know you can see my skin and you can my eyes. I don’t spend a lot of money in a lot of creams, L’Oreal is my best friend. Well anyway there my agenda says, I don’t know what to say then I just it makes I put it on, I wash my face, I put it on and just my face goes like— you know like if you went out the night before if you have baggy eyes and if you are just like that you know kind of like tired skin that just helps you apply after you use, after you wash your face. You apply the Derma Genesis and you do everything else but this is extra, you don’t need to use it just keep skip to getting back washing your face with a non-soap cleanser. It doesn’t matter which one but as an— eye cream also doesn’t matter which one, the cheapest one we have. I like L’Oreal but you know you can choose whatever you want because your eyes need moisture and a moisturizer with sunscreen.
