Dr. Travis: 10 years ago 100% of all gallbladder removed by opening some ones abdomen, for there is a new ground breaking procedures called notes, were natural orifice surgery, really intreating stuff here.

What we are doing now is mobilizing the gall bladder, and we are working from the abdomen and we are also working little bit from the belly button. Now we are placing the gall bladder inside the trocar so the gall balder is removed now, you see that there, it was a big operation with it within an hour as we promised and we are very happy.
