Are you making organic food choices for your family? Regardless, of your family's political preference, it is a fact that organic foods benefit babies and children even more than adult. Organic foods are about more than hype, they are real benefits. Here are just a few.
Number one, when you choose organic food, you are getting rid of the pesticides, growth hormones and antibiotics. Your baby doesn't need that. Their immune system is developing in gradual. The second thing is organic foods are more nutritious, studies are showing that upto 40% more nutrients are available includes from organic soils and conventional foods. Now that's some real benefits.
Finally, organic food taste better, you don't have bad after taste, you get the flavor of the berry. It is delicious. All you need to do is try and you'll see.
