Vince: Junior Body Building Champion Collin and your from Tremont too?
Collin: Yes, correct.
Vince: Alright. So, I just want to talk quickly about stomach exercises. What do you think some of the best stomach exercises are for a building six pack?
Collin: For building the six pack, I would say it is more diet and anything. Other than, a lot of hanging leg raises and a lot of hanging.
Vince: Okay. so which is why the most probably the most challenging abdominal exercises you can do.
Collin: Yes.
Vince: And how long you think takes somebody who is losing of 20 -30 pounds because also they can do the hanging and leg raises in the world and like you said diet is so important.
Collin: Yes.
Vince: 20 – 30 pounds, what if somebody thinks realistic goal for some issues or?
Collin: Probably I lift for 12 to 16 weeks.
Vince: You do that.
Collin: oh, its really good results if you stick to plan.
Vince: So, it is like one to two counts biceps from triceps.
Collin: Yes, roughly.
Vince: Roughly. What would be some of your advice when you are 20 years old. I mean, aside from the health benefits and the greatness you can finish. I have seen you training in your gym and build that muscles. I know you are in great shape, they just aesthetic muscles, this is functional muscles as well tuned, very athletics wealth. A little piece of some advice to say 20-year-old who wants to build his best physique builds a muscle look good for the ladies.
Collin: I would really focus on your nutrition a grab if I can grab protein for body weight. It manipulate the fluctuate carbs. Do not stick to high or lower pressure about it, flexible back and forth to keep your body fit.
Vince: That is good. I mean he is 20 years old and he is talking about fluctuate carbs that is fits, very smart. I have to say you are one smart younger guys that not much of body building education thing.
Collin: Part of it, I am want to do it, I guess more informations learned. I do a lot of readings. I train three times a week of my trainings. Religious a lot of talk about reason. It really helps you a lot.
