And finally from Germany, joining the likes of norvasc and vasotec, dark chocolate may become an additional treatment for high blood pressure. Dark chocolate can lower systolic blood pressure by 3 mmHg and diastolic by 2. These reductions can lower the risk of stroke and heart attack.
