Male Speaker: We at first make a small incision about the size of half a grain of rice. Then we go ahead and fill the areas now. With the saline and the saline is very similar to the tissue fluid and that's why we use that. So you're washing the fat cells away and then vacuuming them up at the same time. So you can see there is absolutely no blood, it is just a very gentle process. We've got a very nice smooth contour here and it's gotten rid of that bulge that she had. I'm sure she will be happy with the result. Dr. Travis Stork: So I want everyone to take a look once again at Jennifer's before picture, before the water lipo. Now let's see what she looks like now.
