Now, I just want to tell you a personal experiment of mine, because I have performed several fastings, different kinds of cleanses, just to see if what was written in the books would work, okay? I don't just read something, okay, they said that, okay it's true, now I have proved it to myself by doing the motion, going through it, experimenting with it, and then I can see from myself whether this is true or not true.
In one of my fasts, I did wheatgrass only for seven days and I had candida really bad at that time, and it was amazing what had come out, my face -- I had and I guess really bad in my sinuses and I believe it was day six -- day five or six I don't really remember. I wish I would have recorded all this, but really just these red patches of candida were coming out so strong that my face just felt like it was on fire, like it was just burning. I mean this wheatgrass and I was also in the sun and fresh air and fresh water a lot too, but my body was beginning to get stronger and it was pushing this junk out.
So this is kind of what they call retracing when you are healing. These things will re-express their-self as they are being pushed out of the body. So I have really just this - oh, I burned so bad but it barely lasted for about a full day and with everybody it will be a little bit different, sometimes it can last few minutes, sometimes a few hours and at most even a couple of days. But mine was really bad for about one day, just burned, I just wanted to scratch it, but I kept with it and the next day it really calmed down a lot more and then couple of days later just completely disappeared.
But I just wanted to share that experience and using wheatgrass with that too. I just did only water and only wheatgrass and I would do - well, the first five days, six-nine shots a day and then towards the end, I just wasn't -- I didn't juice as much and I only did maybe three - maybe six ounces a day towards day five, six, and seven. So test it out, give it a try, it's a very powerful cleanse with wheatgrass.
