Male Speaker: It's white bread view, I am talking white bread, white flour.
Female Speaker: Yes and no. White bread, the standard white bread that we all grew up with is not good because it's a refined carbohydrate so obviously you know what happens with that. You get a -- it goes into your stomach, your enzymes starts breaking it down immediately, you get a woosh of sugar in your blood etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. But, now and I had something on my website about this one or two updates ago, more and more bread manufacturers are making whole grain white bread, which is good.
Male Speaker: So look for whole grain.
Female Speaker: You have to get a white bread look for whole grain white bread. I can’t remember over the top of my head, now I think Pepperidge farmers doing it, but it's becoming more and more popular. I have seen more of it in the super-market now.
Male Speaker: Great, sometimes they add a little bit of sweetener because it is sometimes a little bitter.
Female Speaker: Well, I don’t know.
Male Speaker: No, they add a little bit of honey but the amount that's added is usually very small, you have to be careful to watch everything is like that.
Female Speaker: Right.
Male Speaker: Also there is no free writing, a slice is okay and four isn’t.
Female Speaker: That's right.
Male Speaker: Healthy food in excess is not healthy.
Female Speaker: That's right, but usually the light bread, the low-calorie bread, two slices is great. The reason why I mentioned having only one slice is a bit obvious because I knew I was in a restaurant I knew it wasn’t going to be a little calorie bread, so I said for one.
Male Speaker: So it's a choice.
Female Speaker: It's a choice, right.
